Cookie Monster Lives!

We LOVE cookies in our house (written with crumbs falling out of my mouth!) and making them is almost as fun as eating them. Seth of course being my kitchen assistant. He helps pour everything in the mixer, known to Seth as "round round." Today we tried a new recipe I found on-line for Monster Cookies.

We are headed camping this weekend in Ely, MN and what could be better than a cookie with oats, peanut butter and lots of chocolate candies on a long hike in the woods? Cookie monster will be following our trail for sure!
