take advantage

I am always looking for ways to make money for my family whether it is saving money on groceries or getting good deals from good old Uncle Sam. Here is something to check out if you live in MN. Bridge to Benefits gives you a simple survey to complete online that allows you to see if you are eligible for any benefits of the state, county, etc. We are taking advantage of a few ourselves and you might be surprised just how much they can help when the piggy bank is running low.

Here is a great deal for families with a stay at home mom or just those that make a minimal amount. We got our taxes done for free this year through Accountability Minnesota. The time it took amounted to an hour or two of prepping our paperwork (owning a day care is a bit involved) and then four hours having the papers prepared and e-filed. Not bad for getting a return out of the deal too. That's $200 saved from having a CPA do them last year! It might be too late for this taz season but keep it in mind for your future...
