I love tomatoes and thus wanted to give this recipe a try with some of our garden's best.

I found it hard to turn them and keep the breading on so I plan to try them again with a slight creative variation. I plan to cook them up in the oven next time on Reynold's Non Stick Foil. I have great luck with it every time and think it will be the ticket.
Jason and I both loved the flavor of these and he mentioned that frying up a batch and just serving them over hot pasta such as spaghetti or angel hair would be delicious. I had to look at him funny as he is usually not the foody in our house, but he is so right. With some garlic bread and a bowl of fruit you could call that a great family meal for less than $1 a plate!
