
I had a recipe in mind but ran out of time and fell across this Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe. I made a few changes as I do not keep bamboo shoots on hand. Instead, I used two peppers, one red and one yellow. I also added in snap peas and water chestnuts since they are faves. I served it over rice, brown is the best for full flavor. It turned out great and was on the table in no time! That's a winner worth sharing any day.
