What Did You Say?

My crazy Seth does not care for "horsey" rides. He prefers I pretend to be a camel!

My friend Allison over at VanLoon Happenings is great at sharing the things her daughter is saying. I hear Seth say the funniest things during the day and then of course can't remember them much later. In hopes of putting some of what Seth says in writing, here are the three latest comments that have me cracking up.

During a visit to the library yesterday a young girl threw a temper tantrum and had to be carried out by her mother. Seth watched the incident take place and then turns to me, "Mom that girl was crabby!" The man next to us burst out laughing and I had to as well. Sure enough, she was crabby about not getting to pick a movie.

Last night over the supper table Seth was talking about Dad's work. Jason works at the University of MN but Seth is convinced he works at "The Peanus Butter Minnesota." Does anyone know where that might be, because Jason is really late to work?! (See Embarrassing...maybe a little for further information on my sons pronunciation of Peanut.)

Today while our friends the Quinley's were here, little man Tate was having a hard time sharing so I kept giving him alternatives. I then heard Seth say to Tate, "Why don't you try the bus?!" while I was talking to Heidi. I guess he was just being the "mom" in the room. Cute!

Out of the mouths of babes, as they say...

Those are really cute. I don't know if Seth will be able to top the Embarrassing story, though!
