Morning at the Zoo

This morning Seth and Mom met up with our ECFE friends Ayden and his mom at the Como Zoo. There was a library event going on and things were pretty busy. Seth, who usually walks by himself was a bit too fearful of all the people and wanted to be held. Mom got a good workout to say the least. Next time I'll bring the stroller, I learned my lesson. Thank the Lord it's a small zoo!

Ayden introduced us to the butterflies which were so amazing. I am excited to get to see them again and again this summer. Of course the monkeys and "cats" are always Seth's favorite so we spent plenty of time looking at them too. Mom was ready to sit down and have a break just before heading home so we watched the Sparky Show (seal). Seth really couldn't see much but the snack break was good for us both and then we headed to the car to get home for lunch and a much needed nap!
