Getting down and dirty!For Christmas Seth got a set of paints, paper and random painting tools. He has been so excited to get them out and I have been so lazy in doing so. Finally we had a chance the other morning when no other kids were here and we had no place to be. (Obviously that doesn't happen often enough around here!)
Seth loved the "dobbers". Basically they are like paint stamps - we have circles as you will see in the photo later.I let him pick two colors - blue, his favorite, and red. We picked some brushes and after taping some large paper bags together to keep the mess in one place we got busy. Seth had so much fun and painted me five new beautiful pictures. Now I just have to find a place to hang them all? Children's artwork is so much fun but honestly, it also takes up a ton of space!
