In A Hurry?!

I just have to share this tidbit. At the grocery store yesterday there was quite the line so patience was most called for by me and my short companion. While waiting for the clerk to scan my order the elderly, not smiling, woman behind me starting physically pushing me with her cart. Serious. I had to turn so she would not hurt the baby belly! The alternative of course was that she was shoving me in the rear which if you have heard about my injections is a rather sore spot.

I looked right at her with wonder if she realized or not. I thought maybe she was innocent, elderly and slightly senile, maybe couldn't control her hands or cart well. Not so much, she actually glared and then gave me another shove. By the time I had to sign for my grocery payment she had literally pushed me three feet further down the isle. I said excuse me to try to reach the signature box and she would not move!

I have to admit, I was a bit appalled, even embarrassed for her. Was she in that much of a hurry or did I miss something?
