One mean little spider!

To complete our baking/measuring unit we had to have a recipe that related to Halloween. These tasty little spiders were just the thing! The kids loved being able to do so much of it and of course the tasting part never hurts either.

Seth loves helping in the kitchen but has a rag handy as he does not like to have sticky fingers. Funny how he can play in the dirt and pick up worms with no trouble though...

I think Seth was trying to bulk up his pumpkin for this shot. Not sure...but I do love the chocolate mouth. "No mom I haven't tried the Rolos." Whatever!
