A Sticky Situation

Mud bath for the toes. I ended up having to "rescue" Seth so this turned out to be nothing in the long run. We got the hose out before anyone could even enter the house for a bath!

The adventure of road construction continues a the rain has poured in. There was no hope for work yesterday and today what became a messy start was ended by a thunderstorm and relentless rain. The road is completely covered in water in some areas and so muddy. Few cars have ventured across, some have survived and some have not. It is one sticky situation with our only hope some dry weather, just what our grass and garden does not need.

Seth and Dad doing a whole new kind of puddle jumping.

Seth loved the dirt but not getting stuck.

And we were just getting started. What a mess those boots turned out to be and you can imagine the rest of him was just as good.

Had to grab a few shots of our neighbors delivery van getting stuck. J went out to help but Budget Towing came to the rescue. There motto: If you think the professionals are expensive, try calling an amateur. What a laugh! It even took him a few tries before getting her unstuck!

We Deliver - You might want to rethink that for a few more days...
