What Could Be Better Than Peanut Butter and Chocolate?

While Dad headed off to do some shopping, more like dreaming, at Cabela's for the afternoon Seth and I got to baking. We wanted to try something new and Seth was in the mood for something with peanut butter. What goes better with peanut butter than chocolate?! We came upon a recipe for Peanut Butter Brownie Cups that I had clipped. They took a bit to figure out. Maybe that was due to the help of a toddler adding ingredients faster than I could read or just the fact that it was something we hadn't tried before. Hard to know. Outcome: yummy chocolate and peanut butter dessert which we will enjoy with popcorn and a family movie tonight!
