New cookie recipe for you! The brownies from earlier didn't go over as well as I expected and with company coming to our home on Wednesday I needed something more. Since it was three college students coming to our home - I figured what better than homemade cookies so there would be plenty extra to send home with them too.
They were a disaster but tasted so yummy that I am destined to try them again. The problem was the marshmallows basically disintegrating and sticking the entire cookie to the pan like a leaf landing in drying cement. It was a mess but worth it. Everyone took home their own bag of cookies and nobody complained how funny they looked at all.
So here is the recipe for Oatmeal S'more Cookies. Now, I have not tried them again yet but here is my recomendation. Add the marshmallows after they cookies are in the oven at least half of the time or try freezing your marshmallows first. Like I said, they tasted great!
