I have always been prone to have an attitude based on the weather. This loooonnngggg winter had me restless, cold and grouchy many days. The snow and bitter cold kept us inside and uncomfortable. Now that the sun arrived for a few days I feel like a new person. It was like a switch was turned on and I can smile again. The weight has been lifted and the warmth of the sun on my face feels like...a miracle.
Seth is apparently also affected by the weather. He was terribly grouchy last week and it was like the entire day revolved around one long temper tantrum. For those out of town, it was rainy and dreary those days. Also a great thunderstorm created a lot of atmospheric turbulence. Well, turbulence in my house too! Today, as the sun shines, my son is like a new person. He has been obedient and willing to entertain himself when I need to accomplish tasks. I love it!
Does the weather affect your days too? If only it could be sunny and seventy every day....

I've been meaning to comment on this. I totally agree that if the weather is sunny I am in such a better mood too. I think the winter has just been dragging on and when you have a small active child, it's hard to be inside all the time.
Have you seen the new play room at Como Conservatory? It's new and it's really fun.
