Seth has a love for swim pants that runs deep. We have half a dozen pair of Little Swimmers that a girlfriend gave me last year. Her daughters had outgrown them and she thought we might enjoy them. Seth most certainly has, even out of season. I keep them in a large storage tote under his crib with diapers and wipes. Whenever the tub gets opened he wants to play with the swim diapers. For this reason I usually don't open it while he is in the vicinity, but that was not the case the other day. I ran out of wipes and once the tote was open Seth was pulling on a pair of "swim pants" as we call them. He was wearing a diaper and a long sleeve onesie and got one leg all the way up by himself and of course I helped him with the rest. It was hilarious! Now, remember daughters outgrew them? They have Ariel on them and my son refused to take them off the rest of the afternoon. Dad was a bit surprised to come home to such a sight. His son in "princess" swim pants. As you can see from the photos, it made for some laughs. By the way, when we do use them in public, he wears very masculine swim trunks over them...
